Company is incompetent to what actually goes on in the store on a day to day basis. They promote dangerous working conditions by making hours almost impossible to get so one person will be in the store by themselves for hours. There was one day I was alone on a Sunday for 11 hours, totally by myself. They have no idea how anything gets done in the store. Many managers work off the clock to get things done because they do not give stores enough hours
