The only thing I really don't like about my job is the drama. The girls I work with are always going at it with someone. Once they asked me who's team was I on. In my opinion it shouldn't be that way. We all should be one team and work together no matter what it takes to get the job done. Another thing is the fact that we have no assistant manager in my store. I asked my manager about this, because the job description states that my position has career potential. I would love to make petsense a career, but apparently my store doesn't make enough money to have an assistant manager. I guess my job title as Key Holder is a dead end.

Little or no upward movement within the company, promotions typically are filled outside company ranks, typically from former Petsmart connections. Low pay and meaningless bonus programs.
