Pros

We get to interact with Pet Parents of all species. With the pets best interests in mind, we can guide the Pet Parents to the best products and price range to benefit the babies.

Cons

Great environment for growth and advancement, for those with good work ethics. Our Mentors, and Senior Management always want each of us to succeed, and give us the opportunities to do just that. It's then up to us to grasp those opportunities.

Pros

Very casual, fun store environment. People who shop for their pets are happy people. Flexible scheduling, good coworkers, relatable management.

Cons

Technology is a little dated and can be hard to use for people without at least average computer skills. Training and development for the "soft skills" is not really there. You will learn how to sell dog food, but probably won't get a ton of guidance on improving leadership skills.

None. Perhaps if one can stay log enough this might change. Pay scale very low considering the physicality required. Management tries to "busy" herself with phone........

Cons

Too many to list. Lack of leadership by Cherish is foremost. Very disorganized. Store will open next week and its already a discombobulated mess.
