Pros

The crowd in the Oslo office is just enjoyable to talk to, professionally and socially. The social culture is initiated from different fronts, from either the management or from the other employees, so there's always something fun. The values of the company is widely spread and a lot of employees adhere to it. I find myself adhering to it and casually talking about it with others who aren't a part of Pexip.

Cons

Lots of domain-specific knowledge to grasp before being able to understand the workings of Pexip or any video-conferencing company. This makes it overwhelming for newcomers to the industry. You could also see that people who work here have worked with someone earlier in the same industry, like Cisco, Tandberg, etc., so there would always be people who are one or two steps ahead.
