Pros

General culture, it is a vibrant and fun place to work. The ability to be able to dive into topics of interest to allow you to grow, The technology (probably the best in the industry). We are technology-driven and curious.

Cons

Blink and you miss it. The company gets its pound of flesh, meaning you work (very) hard and long for what you get. Work/life balance is difficult, although that is partly down to the nature of the individual too (i.e. me).
