Pros

Fantastic inclusive culture that actively promotes integration and collaboration across all sectors of the business. One of the nicest places to work and feel safe and trusted. Great to get into a company like this early on and be encouraged to shape it's growth..

Cons

Growing so rapidly that many processes not well defined. Can occasionally be difficult to find all the information you need or know who does what but this is improving.

Pros

Company that can't do more for its employees, gives trust, freedom and flexibility to all employees. Very flat structure and good company culture. Lots of opportunities to travel, yearly company kick off in Oslo.

Cons

Location is outside Reading and London, which is a bit of a pain. Drinking culture at social events that is encouraged, which is not always professional.
