Lots of people with ambitions and drive for growing the company to becoming an even more important player in the video conferencing industry. Super technology/product, fantastic people and culture and a great place to work and learn. Flat structure, strong sense of ownership and really brilliant people.

Cons

Lots of work if you aren't good at prioritizing and structuring your own time.

From day 1, I have been able to contribute with my knowledge and expertise. Each day I learn and develop new skills that’s benefits both the company and me. I have the freedom to choose my own path and my knowledge is always appreciated. To be a part of a company that wish all the employees the best and believes the employees are the smartest within their field, makes a unique company feel. This is without the best company I have ever worked in.

Cons

Fast-growing company may not be for everyone. To fit in its important to always be agile and open for new ideas.

The company culture is the biggest unique identifier for Pexip, and what I apprecate the most. It makes it a great place to work, and colleagues are exceptional, within my 11 year career in this industry, I have never worked with colleagues who have as much competency and know-how within the video industry. All of this fosters innovation within the product and how we deliver services/solutions, which keeps you fresh and learning every day. The ambition is positive in the company, and success is celebrated often - its also re-assuring to know that your contribution matters.

Cons

Every company has it moments, but the management genuinely care and will get involved to help everyone succeed.
