Friendly culture on the surface. Pool tables, free lunches, table tennis and hammocks for the engineers

Cons

No true product management. Engineers allowed to build what they think is interesting. Years behind the competition. Literally, years. Deep seated arrogance. Engineering know best. Very slow development. Just read the release notes and compare with competition.
