All about people even through tough times

Pros

The people are lovely, lots of autonomy and flexibility, opportunity to work across different regions, management genuinely care about people.

Cons

Decision making tends to go in circles. Maybe people are so nice so they don't want to simply say no. Training delivery is not great- overuse of video calls with powerpoint presentations.

I agree with your statement that management truly cares about their employees and wants to make sure everyone is successful and happy within their positions and workload. The workload was always manageable. The team was always easy to talk to. management is always supportive and understanding amazing work culture

Cons

boring and tedious work here and there company isn't managed the best due to a lot of redundancy
