Great training program and you learn a lot about the disease states and your products. Well known company and products that can usually get you into offices. Great people and amazing benefits!

Cons

Lack of job stability with the constant restructuring and downsizing due to drugs losing exclusivity and various other factors.

These have been absolutely the best people with whom I have ever worked!!!! There is no challenge too large or unique that they will not take on and just completely "crush it!" - Overachieve

Cons

Leadership - senior level for site andtheir superiors, are out of touch with the shop floor workers and too wrapped up in their egos! No decisions can be decentralized - everything is very much dictated and micro-managed in spite of the massive amounts of talent and creativity at the Site!

Pfizer will make you work like crazy, yet the work being done gives you a multifaceted exposure to various depts in the organization. They will trust you with your work and make sure you deliver. They treat you with respect, and have a nice office culture.

Cons

They have a huge gap in levels of management. There either are grass root level employees or vetaran directors, and no middle management to fill in the stairs.
