      Ok for temporary job

      Fairly easy and straightforward job Friendly co-workers (most, but a good half I would say can be rude/not good team members) Flexibility

      Cons

      Low pay for what's offered at other companies (for all positions, techs and pharmacists) virtually no raises (maybe 2% on a good year, but most years 0) no 401k match really bad health insurance with high deductible and no coverage, also insurance no one has heard of (imagine360) management is also bad, doesn't seem to care too much poor staff retention making it hard for those who work there having to cover more shifts and constantly train new people
