Pros

I learned a lot about the pharmaceutical industry during my time with PharMerica. Felt like my co workers were where family.

Cons

Micro managed Treatment was never the same across the board Gossip and drama Pay is not competitive Did multiple jobs without a pay increase but still expected excellent results Training new hires was a nightmare Definitely discrimination thankful for prayer and my growth as an adult (all those HR training and things were still going on) AM of the year was a joke the person who got it in 2016 called in or was late ALL of the time and management was aware.

Pros

When I was an employee, you were able to plug in your headphones and get lost in your work. If you prefer to work individually, this is the place for you. Pay and benefits were also great comparatively. I was started at $13/hr with 3 years of CNA experience, 0 experience in maintaining medical records. Ending hourly rate was $13.65 after 2. Floor/ group supervisors were generally easy to communicate and work with. Extensive, month long training class that leaves you well- prepared to work on your own. Cubical environment with semi- private, individual work stations.

Cons

Strict attendance policy based on a 10 point system; which may make things hard on parents, those with chronic medical conditions, or who experience a short-term tragedy while employed with this company. When new ownership took over in 2012ish, many great employees (20+) were lost over the course of months due to sudden, restrictive policies that they were not hired in under. Clocking in was done on a booted computer, which could result in a "tardy" if the computer you were attempting to clock in on experienced trouble booting. Too many facilities (10-13) placed on one individual at a time. As a result, "Print Week" was always a chaotic and stressful race against the clock within each group.
