      Pros

      Nothing noteworthy except I made some good friends.

      Cons

      Favoritism, poor management, lousy communication, company self imploded by losing a contract that contained 75% of our business - this was disclosed 6months prior to the event. Prior to this nearly 100 people either quit or were laid off. The crowning achievement of this management team was that we were originally told this was a merger! Imagine our surprise.

      Pros

      PharMerica offers a industry leading approach to training future managers. PharMerica has a lot of great opportunities for upward movement.

      Cons

      PharMerica is a young company and is still developing best practices. This is exciting,though, because it gives managers an opportunity to shape change.

      Pros

      Met some great people there, that was the best thing about the job. They do have knowledgeable people working there, people that are very good at what they do.

      Cons

      Training is awful, they don't take the time, they expect a ton of work at very little pay. For a large professional company, it doesn't seem appropriate to me that the Pharmacist in charge is only concerned with the people he likes and not concerned at all with the people that aren't in his clique.
