      Pros

      Low stress work environment, low to medium paced work flow, flexible schedule. overtime offered frequently. good experience to learn many different aspects of pharmacy at once.

      Cons

      supervisors either micromanage or don't care at all. poor yearly raises, expensive health care, disorganized training. poor communication of policies and procedures.

      Pros

      Excellent physical environmental for a pharmacy--no direct patient contact, no workplace exposure to illness (beyond what coworkers bring in), my location followed fairly standard business hours so the work schedule was good

      Cons

      Corporate is disconnected from the realities of pharmacy work. The company is run by business people, not pharmacists, and it shows. They care more about profits than patient care. IT and the computer software are horrific and force more work-arounds than actual work. Quite often, when problems arise, an email from IT states the situation magically resolved itself. There are always last-minute admits, forcing overtime.
