      Horrible company, extremely stressful

      Closed door pharmacy open 24 /7

      Cons

      This company is terribly run. Benefits get worse every year and 401k match was taken away. We desperately need more people but there is a hiring freeze. Patients are not receiving medications on time because we can never get caught up with orders. Extremely stressful environment and a lot of angry phone calls.

      "Senior Leadership is Awful"

      Pros

      Co-workers... I've been there for 13 years and been through a lot of changes, but my co-worker have been decent.

      Cons

      Benefits are basically non-existent. Compensation is the wage rates for new employees but they do not level the playing field for older employees to make the new wage rates. Software is a joke - from the mid 80s and breaks down so often I'm surprised we can get work done.

In addition to pay, our employees may be eligible for the following benefits based on their position: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off and paid holidays, 401(k), employee discounts, tuition assistance, an employee assistance program, and other company perks such as daily pay.       Under payed and Under valued

      Pros

      Bad employees thrive here so it's pro for them.

      Cons

      Merit raises on hold for over 2 months, we only get 1% raises as is. Paid under market value, horrible benefits and no room for advancement. Will hire outside people instead of promoting the person who is effectively doing the job interim.
