      Pros

      People that work here are great, awesome environment, good amount of pto, option to work at home on certain circumstances, very low stress

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive, highly underpaid, stingy on training courses, a couple of departments have poor management but where I'm at it's fantastic

      401k match... up to 5% with good options through Fidelity

      Cons

      This company changes work ethics on employees. Only few people work to get things done and everyone else is lazy. Pleasant to work with few coworkers but some have "inappropriate" & unprofessional behaviors. Management is not interested in fixing this core problem of lazy and unprofessional employees to coworkers and customers. Too much drama among employees. LTC market is volatile and job security is pretty bad, fyi.
