      Dynamic environment with many opportunities and great technology. Very good pay and improving management. Listens to needs from employees and acts for best of the environment. People are very friendly and has some great teams to work with

      Pros

      The company is a pharmacy company and provides medications to nursing homes and other types of non-retail settings. The employees working in IT understand that and are dedicated to making sure that they systems work and that the right medications are being prescribed.

      Cons

      Executive management is not qualified to be at the level that they have been promoted to or hired into. Leadership changes priorities almost weekly and they they have the unique ability to not work on the most important projects and to constantly get sidetracked.
