Pros

Pharmerica is almost omplete with a telecom overhaul to Avaya platform from several disparate systems. In additon to the upgrade they have a inhouse lab for testing and trying out things before rolling out to the business The IT department has a generally posiive environment and tends to make things happen

Cons

The Telecom manager needs to be replaced. Her people skills are not good. She is a huge micro-manager and tends to throw her team under the bus. The telecom dept has a turnover rate exceeding 100 %

M-F 8-4:30 schedule, decent hardware

Cons

Mandatory overtime twice a month early in the week, but management makes you leave early on Friday so you lose your overtime. No support from HR when an issue arises. Poor management, terrible pay, and expensive insurance.
