Some great people & co-workers, senior management are intelligent and have a great understanding of IT.
Cons
Department management in systems is a nightmare - Unless you are in dire need of a job, stay away. They have an absolute disconnect with entire staff and could care less about you - you are just a number and they feel that they can replace you easily. Vendors were shocked by the behavior of middle management during meetings to the point of having to apologize while walking out with them.
