Pays the bills, flexible schedule at times. Can work from home occasionally. Does match 401k contributions and offers vision,dental and legal insurance.
Cons
No employee appreciation. No type of bonuses or incentives for hard workers only upper management. Employees are treated as a disposable commodity here. It's a revolving door with no retention policy for talented employees.
