MOST of the tech team. Order entry team. Staff pharmacists on the floor were ok.

Cons

Pharmacists in charge are not good management, hours suck. Morning shifts are basically only for management and force full-time employees to do all closing shifts. Changing into a 24-hour pharmacy is the worst decision ever. Management are all best friends and don't care too much about employees as well as upper management. Also, one of the techs was an absolute nuisance. Always reporting co-workers for the smallest things and contacting HR. They ruined the pharmacy team and they were never fired.

No patient interaction, minimal insurance issues to deal with

Cons

Long hours and no official "close" time. You work until all orders are shipped but this is common in LTC
