Cons

Understaffed and lack of overall training available, will be expected to work long hours and overtime. I averaged 60 hour weeks

Pros

Steady work with decent team players. Schedule is consistent with opportunities for overtime. Online competencies are very detailed and helpful. Work/life balance is ok considering the volatile fluctuations in work flow.

Cons

401K has not been matched since COVID. Little to no communication about merit increase. Corporate base their expectations and staffing on analytics that do not necessarily translate to real time.
