      Pros

      I learned some new skills that helped me get my new job.

      Cons

      Benefits were substandard. I had to obtain my health insurance through the Health Care Exchange to get some decent benefits. Also, the pay. I was told that my pay was the national average... That wasn't accurate. Apparently paying associates at the bare minimum is the standard while upper management and executive staff are paid very handsomely.

      Nice co workers. Long term prospects for this area of health care are encouraging. Increasing numbers for potential customers. Also has benefitted from wave of brands going generic

      Cons

      Senior managment has shown poor ability to develop or communicate forward strategy. Their business philosophy is extremely reactive and unfriendly to customers. They also treat employees poorly .

      None, nothing, nada.

      Cons

      Zero appreciation , they add more work on less staff and expect better results, the director and VP were judgmental and treated me like a child. It was like being in high school. I was monitored during breaks and lunches to make sure I was on time. I was the most qualified person in our group. No-one likes the job or leadership which is why the place fell apart.
