      Pros

      There are some very intelligent people with a lot to offer. Occasionally there was cake in the break room.

      Cons

      This is the only time I've ever worked for a company that didn't encourage growth of their employees. They will write you up if they find out you'd like to advance in the company and treat you like a dog while you're there.

      Pros

      I learned a lot about the pharmaceutical industry during my time with PharMerica. Felt like my co workers were where family.

      Cons

      Micro managed Treatment was never the same across the board Gossip and drama Pay is not competitive Did multiple jobs without a pay increase but still expected excellent results Training new hires was a nightmare Definitely discrimination thankful for prayer and my growth as an adult (all those HR training and things were still going on) AM of the year was a joke the person who got it in 2016 called in or was late ALL of the time and management was aware.
