Inviting atmosphere, closed-door pharmacy, very flexible schedule, raises have been given, management is understanding and encourages personal growth and work-life balance.

Cons

No 401K match, health coverage premiums could be better.

Bad employees thrive here so it's pro for them.

Cons

Merit raises on hold for over 2 months, we only get 1% raises as is. Paid under market value, horrible benefits and no room for advancement. Will hire outside people instead of promoting the person who is effectively doing the job interim.
