      Many pleasant coworkers. Spacious location. Plenty of free Parking. Convenient Columbia location for many people. Convenient break room area for breaks.

      Cons

      Management is clueless. Company tried to grow too fast without proper planning, oversight, resources, study, space, storage, management should be more efficient and available.
