Great work environment. My managers are very responsive, friendly and easy to approach.

Cons

Even though company is publicly traded it doesn't any discount stock pricing to employees. Medical health coverage plans that are offered are not that great and the selection is rather limited.

Pros

Work Load and pay were fair. PTO was usually approved and respected.

Cons

Always expecting you to pick up extra days and shifts. Never usually enough. High turnover. Had a great team and decided turn all of that upside down. Schedule was horrible and didn't allow for you to enjoy your life. Management worked more like a 'click' versus a management team. Undertones of prejudice.

Honestly, the team I work with is great; we support each other and try to make a difference. It's a good place for new grads to start their careers. I have seen a number of non-management employees promoted.

Cons

Health insurance plans are high deductible.
