Pros

Best job I've had. Great work life balance. For someone who loves to drive and travel, this job has been a perfect fit. M-F, day lenght can vary but average hours are 36-38/week with overtime if needed. Per diem, hotel accomodations and car rentals are all amazing perks. A huge plus is being able to work by yourself and not be micromanaged. Bosses are supportive and understanding but push you to perform your best and to advance.

Cons

Per diem could higher in higher cost areas and should be on par with federal rates of 59-79$.

I've been a field service representative for nearly a decade now, and I still get excited to go to work every day. If you are a personable individual, love traveling and don't mind being in a different environment each day, this is the perfect job.

Cons

There are periods of time where you will be traveling away from home more than usual. Can be overwhelming at times.

Hardly any downside with this company. Work is work so it will always be hard but the team at this company has made the grind a breeze
