Pros

My coworkers are always friendly and have become more like a family. I always feel I can approach anyone in the company for advice, help, or just to chat. One of the perks of a small company is often we are challenged to develop innovative ideas to help grow the company together, and all ideas are valued and appreciated. Overall Pharma Logistics is a great place to work, with great values, and hard-working teams!

Cons

There will always be stressful times due to the nature of our business; however, this never effects my work-life balance. I can't think of anything currently that I would label as a negative.

Pros

The management team puts a lot of effort into each of their teams and the company. Employees always come first. I feel my hard work is ALWAYS recognized. Our new facility is awesome! I'm noticing how much the company is investing into technology to help me do my job and I love learning new things. I've held several positions and find that if you work hard you don't even needs to ask to move into another position; they will.

Cons

I would like to see the company encourage employees to learn more about the industry or offer industry-related training. We had a great training program that seems focus was lost.

Thank you for your post and more than 10+ years on the job! We are proud to hear that you have had such a positive experience during your tenure with Pharma Logistics. We truly value our employees and know that with the right tools, technology, and support, there is no telling just what our employees are able to accomplish. As you know, Continuous Improvement is a top priority for us and we will continue to look for more ways to incorporate training opportunities and ways to further industry knowledge. Pharma Logistics considers remote work to be a viable, flexible option when both the Pharmer and the job are suited to such an arrangement. Remote work may be appropriate for some Pharmers and positions but not for others. Remote work is not an entitlement, it is not a companywide benefit, and it in no way changes the terms and conditions of employment with Pharma Logistics. Pharmers may be allowed to work from home a maximum of two (2) days per week with the understanding that Wednesdays are mandatory in office days.

Pharma Logistics Leads Reverse Pharmaceutical Distribution in CI

Pros

Pharma Logistics wants to do things the right way. They have embraced a Lean Six Sigma approach to problem solving. Through continuous improvement (CI) methodologies and certification of employees across the organization, Pharma Logistics is systematically improving every part of their business. Management is tough but fair, allowing employees to challenge the status quo but only if they have their facts straight and the data to back it up.

Cons

Pharmaceutical reverse distribution is a challenging industry because it is never at the top of the customers to do list. It is viewed by most as a necessary service but not a top priority. This makes it a challenge if you are used to working in industries where customer feedback and customer satisfaction is a major driver of corporate strategy. Pharma Logistics does a good job of trying to anticipate the needs of their customers in the face of receiving minimal direct feedback.
