Improvement in our HR and Team and Culture department will make this place a much better place to work at. Excited for the future.

Compensation is low. Annual review compensation is very low as well.

The best decision I ever made was coming to work for Pharma Logistics. I am proud to work for a company whose values are in line with mine. Pharma logistics is very driven organization always striving to be the best in the industry. The company is always looking for ways to improve and grow and listen to their employees suggestions. The fast paced enviorment challeneges you to be better. Going the extra mile is definitely noticed. Pharma Logistics goes out of their way to make their employees feel appreciated. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and employees.

Cons

the downside is there are still manual procedures, not everything is automated just yet but they are definitely working on that!
