Pros

Although I initially thought I’d wait at least a year before writing a review, in lieu of recent events, I thought I’d do it now. Even though the company is losing money due do covid - 19, our CEO has stated there will be no layoffs because of it. This is nothing short of heroic in my opinion and earns my deepest respect.

Cons

The pro I stated outweighs any con.

Pros

Pharma Logistics is a growing company with the entailed growing opportunity for its employees. I started full-time in an entry-level position at Pharma’s warehouse just over a year and a half ago and have been promoted three times since then. I am now engaged in business analysis at the corporate office and look forward to the challenges and opportunities I know will continue going forward! The CEO is committed to consistently exceeding customer expectations by creatively approaching problems and engaging the market in alignment with our core values. This dynamic directly influences the hiring and rewarding of employees who are committed to these same objectives and values. I believe that my experience is proof of that and that anyone interested in a career in healthcare logistics will have the same experience as I at Pharma Logistics.

Cons

Pharma’s commitment to rewarding the work of quality employees has not always been shared by middle-lower level management and supervisors. However, I believe that the current team of supervisors and management is in alignment with our values in this regard, and that Pharma Logistics is a great company to be a part of!
