The best decision I ever made was coming to work for Pharma Logistics. I am proud to work for a company whose values are in line with mine. Pharma logistics is very driven organization always striving to be the best in the industry. The company is always looking for ways to improve and grow and listen to their employees suggestions. The fast paced enviorment challeneges you to be better. Going the extra mile is definitely noticed. Pharma Logistics goes out of their way to make their employees feel appreciated. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and employees.

Cons

the downside is there are still manual procedures, not everything is automated just yet but they are definitely working on that!

Been here 2+ years and overall it has been a joyful ride.. great positive vibes among peers.. continuous opportunity for growth/development.. constant communication across all departments

Cons

Workload can be heavy at times and could find it difficult to balance work/life.. but this is always better than not having any work at all
