      Still here...and still loving it!

      Pros

      Our company is continuing to grow which brings change....a lot of change! However, it is all positive change. This company has given me a career, not just a job. It has also allowed me to travel to places I never would have been able to visit on my own. After 4 years, I’m still loving what I do and the relationships I’ve built with the team and my facilities.

      Cons

      The only con is not being able to actually meet some the people you work with (corporate) I’m hoping after COVID we will be invited to the new warehouse.

      Pros

      We have a clear, defined, long-term growth strategy with engaged, passionate team members to achieve it. Pharma Logistics is a tremendous company to work for. I'm consistently challenged on a daily basis and I'm empowered to make decisions that help us achieve our goals.

      Cons

      We're a growing company with a bright future, but at times lack the resources that are afforded to a larger company.
