      Pros

      PL is a young, growing company with great opportunities for anyone who wants to work hard and commit to standard work. The value pin program where people get recognized for exemplifying our core values, not just for performance, is wonderful to see. Metrics don't tell the whole story.

      Cons

      There is nothing negative about my experience so far at Pharma Logistics.

      Get Ready for Development!

      Pros

      Pharma Logistics is on the horizon of great things, and in turn, anticipates greatness from their Pharmers (employees). The opportunities for development are abundant and the open office environment allows for collaboration and communication across many teams.

      Cons

      Reverse Distribution is a semi daunting field to feel adept in - be prepared for a learning curve and communicate with your team when you have a misunderstanding.
