Pharma supports work life integration. It is important to me to have a successful career and be there for the important moments with my family. Since joining Pharma, I am developing myself as a manager without losing myself as a mother.

Fast growing company that rewards hard work. In the 2 plus years I've been with the company, I've been able to set my own career path. The support from my fellow Pharmers and managers has given me the guidance, resources, and confidence to succeed. Pharma Logistics is a company that values employees ideas and feedback. I've never felt like a cog in a machine. Knowing my hard work, ideas, and suggestions are valued, has given purpose and meaning to my career. In the short amount of time I've been with Pharma Logistics, I've received two promotions. The company rewards hard work and believes in promoting from within.

Cons

Fast growth means continual change. Have to be flexible and keep an open mind.
