Creating your own schedules can definitely be a benefit, especially in a field role, but unfortunately, turnover is something we are unable to avoid. These career moves by our top Pharmer speaks volumes about the caliber of talent on our team, and the training programs that we offer our Pharmers. While we miss the contributions of those who choose to leave Pharma Logistics, we are incredibly thankful for all the hard work that they have put in during their time as a Pharmer, and we wish them well in the next stage of their careers. Pharma logistics is a very great company! I specifically want say that thier are caring people in this company. (HR) I want to say that HR listen to you, and does something about that situation that you have a issues with. I want to happily say that the HR lady Monica, is a very sweet, caring person. She listens and gives great advice. I would say that she is one of the very best HR lady that works for this company! Thank you Monica! You are a wonderful person.

I would describe the culture at Pharma Logistics in 3 words. Empathy, involved, and loyalty. Empathy - Pharma Logistics is customer driven - aware they cannot be successful if they don't place themselves in the customers shoes. Involved - Pharma acknowledges their employees' desire to contribute as well as their pursuit of personal interests as they even offer a training and development program to assist employees' on moving forward within the company. Loyalty - this company takes pride in their core values enforcing them from day one, implementing ways to live by them both in and outside of the workplace.
