Great environment in a growing company that still is just hitting the tip of the iceberg on it's potential with great leadership steering it in the right direction. Competitive pay structure and good benefits as well as a great work life balance.

Cons

Still a growing company so changes but good changes always taking place. A short while away from becoming a power house in the industry.

A Growing Organization With Endless Opportunties For Driven Individuals

Pros

The company and managers set the bar high and they expect the most from their teams, which really creates a sense of ownership and accountability throughout the organization. The employee is in charge of their development and if they want an opportunity to advance the pathway is there. My voice and opinion matter and are taken into account by upper management which is so refreshing. The best move of my career, was making the move to join Pharma Logistics.

Good company culture. The owner has a Vision, the company is reputable in it's field.

Cons

Management Transition, Owner has vision, but management lacks vision. Just want to fire and blame workers for under performance when they don't even know where they are going, and change the plans every so and then.
