I cannot stress on how grateful I am to have found this company and to be able to work for it. Pharma Logistics , is like my second family. In this company you're not just an employee . You are valued and, your name is never forgotten . They actually see what your skills and talents are and they challenge you to try new things and to find the perfect position where you belong. The opportunities in the company are endless. They make you feel welcomed and important. You can really tell that every pharmer is top priority and that your opinions really matter.

I have been working at Pharma Logistics for a little less than a year now, I started as a Business Development Rep and transitioned into a Customer Advocate. After a few months of working here I realized that being a BDR wasnt my strongest strength and saw that they were hiring for a new customer advocate and jumped at the opportunity. My boss is the manager for both positions and he was extremely supportive in my decision to switch positions and was very helpful in my transition. With that being said you are definitely in charge of your career path here and are given all of the tools and the platform to succeed. Hard work here never goes unnoticed, they continuously recognize employees for the hard work they do on a daily basis. Pharma Logistics definitely supports the work/life balance and I have never been treated so good from a company and I am excited to see what is ahead.
