I would describe the culture at Pharma Logistics in 3 words. Empathy, involved, and loyalty. Empathy - Pharma Logistics is customer driven - aware they cannot be successful if they don't place themselves in the customers shoes. Involved - Pharma acknowledges their employees' desire to contribute as well as their pursuit of personal interests as they even offer a training and development program to assist employees' on moving forward within the company. Loyalty - this company takes pride in their core values enforcing them from day one, implementing ways to live by them both in and outside of the workplace.

You're absolutely correct; we take great pride in our core values and we recognize that we wouldn't be where we are today if we didn't put just as much value as we do into our customer experience. Great environment in a growing company that still is just hitting the tip of the iceberg on it's potential with great leadership steering it in the right direction. Competitive pay structure and good benefits as well as a great work life balance.

Cons

Still a growing company so changes but good changes always taking place. A short while away from becoming a power house in the industry.

Pros

A lot of thought goes into the training schedule the company puts in place for the new employee. Management determines in advance parts of the business would most benefit the new employee to shadow and observe to give the employee the most insight of the operational flow. In my experience, I was able to shadow all parts of the operations with extremely knowledgeable employees explaining there portion of the process. The group of employees here at Pharma Logistics are very approachable and friendly.

Cons

Given my short time with the company, I have not witnesses any cons worthy of reporting.
