Pros

There are some nice folks working here despite my review of the overall company/culture.

Cons

I worked for this company for a little over a year in a sales and service role. I'll start by saying this; They have lacked direction, accountability and recognition on behalf of the employees who are actually doing the work. Just like the reviews say, making 75-100 dials per day, strapped to an office phone where it's monitored down to the tiniest of details. How long your calls were, how long the talk time is, how many dials you actually made to at one point actually recording the calls and dialing into the line without knowledge. It's an uncomfortable feel for someone who is actually trying to work hard. I don't know anyone who wants to be micromanaged like this. Sure, accountability, without a doubt. However, when you feel as though you are caged to your phone day in and day out and then have to service accounts on top of that. It's a pretty unfulfilling role. I'll also add this. In the course of a year they changed the comp plan several times. I don't think they know how to pay employees. Service goals are tied to performance just like the sales goals. If you focus too heavily on sales, your service goal is jacked up and you won't get paid. If you focus too much on service your sales goal is affected just the same. All the money is goes back to the central hub. They don't pay employees what they're worth in my opinion. I also believe that the company is writing their own reviews on Glass Door. The way the company was sold by the former recruiter was not at all what was delivered. Anyone looking to take an entry level sales or service job. This is your chance. I wouldn't recommend this company.

We’re proud of the success that Pharma Logistics has seen this past year. As the company and staff continue to grow, there may be a need for strategic change so we can adjust. These changes allow us to focus better on our customers, provide our Pharmers growth opportunities and allow for further growth of the business. Our goals are not solely based on profit margins. Instead, we pride ourselves on exemplifying our corporate values like accountability. It’s only through teamwork, core values, and mutual dedication between our Pharmers and the company that will achieve success.

Pros

The company and managers set the bar high and they expect the most from their teams, which really creates a sense of ownership and accountability throughout the organization. The employee is in charge of their development and if they want an opportunity to advance the pathway is there. My voice and opinion matter and are taken into account by upper management which is so refreshing. The best move of my career, was making the move to join Pharma Logistics.

Cons

No cons, just endless opportunity.

It’s always great to hear this type of feedback from our Pharmers! You are correct, Pharmers DO have ownership of their own development within Pharma Logistics. Our Training and Development department provides the tools, training and programs to help our Pharmers develop the skills needed to advance within the organization, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things they will do. Thanks for your review!

Pros

Since I started, the support from all areas has been great. You work remotely so being able to get ahold of someone is necessary sometimes. I love having the flexibility to make schedule and seeing different people everyday. So far I like my managers and see this as a long term position. Great benefits too.

Cons

Lots of windshield time, so if you don't like that sort of thing, this isn't for you. Been quite a few transitions in last 4 months, but they do seem to be positive ones.

Thank you for sharing! While we have gone through some transformations over the last few months, we definitely agree that they have all been positive. We strive to continue along that path of being able to support our field teams, and make their experience increasingly better.
