Pros

Great industry with a great deal of directions to grow. Company has potential for growth is it allows the right people to grow it.

Cons

Company has ADD when it comes to its focus. They change people's titles and responsibilities on a whim. They don't show regard for people's personal life or health. They promote people who are only interested in their own success. Communications and working relationships between departments is poor.

We've made some changes which does impact the responsibilities and titles of some of our Pharmers, but it also allows us to better focus on our customers, and grow our business. Our employees are very important to us, so we want to be sure we're providing them with every opportunity to succeed and continue to grow in their career with Pharma Logistics.

Pros

Pharma Logistics has the friendliest and most supportive people I've ever worked with. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and quickly during training so I could do my job correctly and their values and culture can't be beat.

Cons

The commute is a pain for now.

Pros

Good company culture. The owner has a Vision, the company is reputable in it's field.

Cons

Management Transition, Owner has vision, but management lacks vision. Just want to fire and blame workers for under performance when they don't even know where they are going, and change the plans every so and then.
