Pros

From being processed as a new-hire to participating in an exit interview, Pharma Logistics provides you with everything you need to succeed in the company. The walk in shoes training system let's you get hands-on and gives you an overall understanding at what the company does. The coworkers are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are open lines of communication with management.

Cons

There's an extremely high turnover rate with the company. You are standing on your feet all day and some aspects of the job can become very repetitive.

Thank you for the feedback. We don’t always like turnover also, but is sometimes required during growth. We are growing and always looking for ways to improve and become innovative- so we will take all information into consideration as we continue to grow as a company.
