When you move on from being a Pharmer!!

Cons

I cant tell you how many times I made a huge sale and the #1 alpha male of the company would change what they will pay me in commissions. I also witnesses them not paying or paying out a lot less then what was promised in commissions to other employees.

This is a great company to work for. The onboarding really helped me to understand how the company works which in turn helps me in my day to day job. Everyone has been so nice and brought me into the Pharma Family.

Cons

I don't really know if there are many cons to working for this company. Its honestly the best company I have worked for

When I first started here, I thought that I was in over my head, but I have never worked at a place that was so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire training process. Training has been amazing and I couldn't ask for a better place to work. Training was very thorough and if I did not understand something, they would take the time to sit down with me and help me through it.

Cons

The only con that I can find is the turnover rate in certain departments.
