      On-boarding Process

      Pros

      The on-boarding process for me was great! After being offered the position, the recruiter will walk you through the next steps of the process and give you your projected start date. They make themselves available for any help or questions you may have and get back to you in a timely manner. They welcome you with open arms and excitement on your first day, including a warm and friendly meet and greet with everyone. They also include a "walk in shoes" which I found to be very helpful and insightful. I got a full understanding of what Pharma Logistics is about and what the company does. It was really awesome to see. I am more than happy to be here and part of this company!

      Cons

      No cons for me. It really is a company that wants you to succeed.

      A lot of recent turnover that has caused a great deal of stress to those who are training new employees

      Growth is exciting and can be difficult because out success depend on the right hires! It is always challenging to make sure we hired the right people because the fit needs to go both ways.       Pros

      I have been working at Pharma Logistics for 6 years now full-time, in the last six years with Pharma logistics I have been promoted 4 times! I have always shown my dedication to the company and my interest in growing within the company so I have been given the opportunity to do so. If you work hard you will be recognized here at Pharma Logistics. Hard work here never goes unnoticed, on a monthly basis we have a program to recognize those who go above and beyond and they are rewarded for their hard work. Same thing goes for at the end of the year, we have 2 employees that are rewarded for their hard work throughout the year, I have received the award for employee of the year and received a paid vacation! So I mean it when I say that hard work NEVER goes unnoticed. I have referred multiple people to work here because of all the opportunities and benefits you get working here as a full-time employee.

      Cons

      I can't really think of any cons that would make me change my mind about working for Pharma Logistics. Just like any company you will have cons but nothing that you can't overcome.
