      Pros

      Pharma Logistics is a company that really values their employees. Pharma allowed me to work part time throughout high school and college, and upon completion of college, offered me a full time position. When I left to pursue my own interests, the managers and supervisors at Pharma Logistics, along with my coworkers, remained in contact with me to see how I was doing. I felt as if I was completely supported by my decision from everyone at Pharma Logistics. When I had finished pursuing that interest, Pharma offered me a full time position and has continued to support my professional growth as I begin my graduate school career. Overall, I feel as if Pharma is a very supportive community that looks out for the best interests of their employees and wants to see them succeed, even if it requires leaving Pharma for other opportunities.

      Cons

      The pay at Pharma Logistics is a little lower than what is ideal. There is also a lack of communication between supervisors and employees at times, such as with overtime opportunities and a general plan for the day.

      We value our Pharmers and it's great to hear that it's noticed. We strive to be the best and will continue to work towards that goal. Communication is essential and we wish that is something that can be turned on and off like a light switch, but it takes constant effort. Pharma Logistics "No Email Friday" is scheduled every two months to get people out from behind their computers and in front of their co-workers and are looking for more ways to help drive this effort forward.       Fast Growing Company with a Lot of Opportunities

      Pros

      I have been working for this company for more than a year. During this time I had a well-balanced time between work and life and always had interesting projects to work on. The leadership is very experienced and knowledgeable and they are always there for you. The company takes great care of its employees and always open for new suggestions and ideas. This company is never at stand still. It is constantly evolving and growing and giving you a chance to be a part of this experience!

      Cons

      As with any fast growing company there is a high demand for experienced employees.

      Pros

      Overall this has been one of the most complete and involved on-boarding processes I have been part of. The process starts the day you sign your offer letter, with open communication around start date and training plans. A call from your direct manager welcoming you to the company and asking if there is anything you need to prepare you for your first day. You will be given the ability to grow in your position and ask the questions needed to be successful in your new role. Every employee is presented with a training plan including a "walk in shoes" program that includes time in each department in the company to make sure you have full understanding of who Pharma Logistics is and what they do. Add into this that each employee starts with a meet and great with their department to welcome you to the team and truly make you feel welcome is something special that most companies do not think of. They are growing as a company and currently have a lot of moving parts to make sure the vision for the next 5,10. and 20 years is being met by the strategic plan that is in place. The forward thinking of leadership is showing and is being adjusted as needed, which is awesome to see.

      Cons

      Being in two buildings at times makes communication a challenge, this is currently being looked into for future locations. I don't have any true "cons" at this time, overall my experience has been awesome.
