Before starting our recruitment process, our HR team conducts a thorough salary analysis to ensure the compensation structure for the position is fair and equitable according to market rate. We are transparent in our process, so we ensure that future Pharmers understand the role, culture, and organization before making a decision to join our team. With this growth, there are occasions where Pharmers must work more than their typical 40-hour work week in order to support the needs of our customers. While working overtime can and should be the exception to the rule, realistically, it does happen. You mentioned turnover, and we recognize that turnover is unavoidable, similar to most organizations.
