Pros

There are some good people there.

Cons

Toxic culture Micro management style of leadership. but will make you sit through a training called “involved management” which is the toxic spin they’ve put on it. Zero trust from the top down. Be prepared to be monitored anytime you’re on your computer. ActivTrack is used to “gather data for growth opportunities” that’s what they tell you anyways. But it’s really used as a tool to monitor your every move. You better wiggle that mouse so the screen doesn’t go black and you get dinged on the weekly report. Bullying, controlling, narcissistic CEO (check out his LinkedIn posts) he’s made it his mission to let the “haters” (former employees) know how he feels about them . His response and actions are anything but that of a professional and dignified owner of a company!

Thanks for recognizing the really great talent at Pharma Logistics…..we agree! It’s rewarding to see them acknowledged. We do practice involved management as we expect our leaders and managers to be present, visible, and engaged with their team and not to lead from behind a desk. We also expect our leaders and managers to use data to provide meaningful, fact-based feedback to their team, instead of relying on “feel”. Tools like Activ Trak allow that to happen. We know not everyone will appreciate that style of management, and that’s o.k. But if you choose to work here, you will find truthful, fact based, meaningful coaching from your involved manager. Thank you again for your post and we wish you well.

Claims growth but all I see is a downfall. "Career"

Pros

Working no weekends and a set schedule is nice to work around. Job is not that hard once you get the hang of it.

Cons

Mandatory 5 am Saturday shifts. All the higher-up mangers care about is the number you get at the end of the day even though it may reflect a bunch of bad jobs. It is an inconsistent tracking method yet it's what decides if you get fired or not. Did I say fired? Let's talk about how when they hired 40+ people they claim this company is growing, growing, growing! Then, suddenly after christmas they fire over 20 people and promise the firing is done. Then come a few months later they fire another batch of about 15! What a great, growing company that they need to lay off 75% of their workforce. This place is crumbling to the ground and if you think you will have a career here; good luck even lasting a year before you're just another expendable body to them. Additional cons: -No yearly raise -No room for promotion -Type of jobs you get determine your longevity -Constantly being rated and compared to your peers on an inconsistent scale. -Doesn't matter if you've been here for 2 years or 2 months, you are that expendable. -Highest turnover rate I've ever witnessed.

Pharma Logistics is proud of our accomplishments. Over the last three years we have grown over 200% and have tripled our staff to accommodate the growth. We continue to grow and add staff in other areas of our organization. Like many successful businesses, we make our business decisions based on the numbers to ensure a healthy top and bottom line. We are a performance based company and believe in our systems to measure performance. We are a high performing team and our success is attributed to those Pharmers who perform at a high level each and everyday. Pharma Logistics gives annual raises to people who perform and we have done so every year. We do not provide raises to those who do not meet performance expectations. We are proud of our growth and the careers that we have been able to offer to many Pharmers.

Pros

vp is helpful and knowledgeable

Cons

had to travel overnight 3-4 times more than what they originally told me, worked countless 15-16 hour days, upper management encouraged me to speed to appointments several times, was not paid multiple commissions that were promised to me. Brought in a team of micro managers that do not know the industry well and will breathe down your neck, No regard for personal time and poor sales training

We are glad to hear that you had a good experience with your former manager. It is the goal of the company to always pay our Pharmers for the hard work that they contributed. To date, as we know, we have paid ALL of our Pharmers in full. We certainly recommend for this individual to reach out to us immediately to review their commissions and clarify their concerns as stated above. It was an exciting year for our company and we appreciate the efforts of all of our Pharmers.
