Pros

I have been with Pharma Logistics for over 7 years. I love that we are financially sound and feel that our CEO is one of the best I have worked for. You are in charge of your own career path at Pharma Logistics. They provide the platform to work as a team and independently. Over achievers will thrive here. Pharma Logistics supports the work/life balance as well. I have never felt that I was treated better or worse than anyone else, simply fair. Pharma Logistics actively looks in the mirror to ensure they are providing a challenging and rewarding workplace.

Cons

Let's face it. Having to work in general, kind of stinks. I wish I could not work and play golf all day. But since I have to feed those darn kids I am happy that I have the opportunities I have at Pharma Logistics

Pros

Variety in the day Some good coworkers (you’d sure hope so)

Cons

The leadership is honestly the worst I have encounter in my entire career. Multiple allegations for sexual harassment, horrible working conditions for Waterhouse workers, honestly sub par pay to start with and no ability to increase that by much due to preference given to local/in person workers. I would never wish this on a person - you will go in bright (hopefully) and leave burnt out.. so hard to watch and it truly breaks my heart for anyone that ends up here.

Hello. Naturally, I am disappointed to read your perspective. It is a rare perspective indeed and is not shared by many. As for our warehouse colleagues, they are our bread-and-butter core of the business-and we realize that. With market-driven pay, temperature controlled and spotless work environment, promotional opportunities within, a single work shift, we believe it as a more fair assessment of our culture and workplace experience to say our high retention rate and average tenure of close to 5 years, are some true barometers rather than isolated and unsubstantiated comments.

Pros

Great pay, friendly employees on the floor, easy to work.

Cons

Lack of communication, worked like a dog, no matter how hard you work to succeed. Don't waste your time working too hard to get nothing. No matter how good it paid you, find others job that value you. When I quit and the office said to file unemployment which I never thought it would do that and I was being lied too and received nothing. Don't believe everything they said. They cares about themselves.

We are always interested in learning how we can improve. Your feedback is hard to improve upon since I am not sure which department you worked in and how long you spent with us. Our Pharmers are surveyed regularly and the Pharmers who have been with us for an extended period of time provide feedback that we have strong communication with our Pharmers. Wish we knew were we went wrong with you. Good luck in your future career endeavors!
