Starts off cool but once the cons kick in they outweigh the pros.

Cons

Turnover rate is high for a reason. Horrible leadership and favoritism along with lies. You got told one thing by hr then get in trouble by supervisor over upper management mistakes. Definitely something fishy going on behind the scenes. Was told by lawyer I it sounds like a hostile work environment.

Imagine working in a business with no windows for 8 hours everyday… you can get that at Pharmalink. Or, imagine having a management ‘team’ talk poorly about you…you can get that at Pharmalink. Wait…imagine being watched by HR at every second of the day or being asked numerous times to be a part of an ‘investigation’ …because you can get that at pharmalink. What about waiting eons to get your sales bonus and then not understanding the report? You can also get that here. So why wait, apply!

This job is not worth your time! The pay is garbage, especially for the work you do. Picking up heavy boxes and consistently bending over killing your back. & then they say you’ll get an opportunity for at least an interview so you may get promoted, so you work your tail off, and don’t call out and when the time comes they make up an excuse to why you didn’t get the interview. Lies! ALL LIES!
