There are no pros apart from being constantly stressed out, belittled, treated like a child, and always looking over your shoulder because management always has something to say even if you do a good job.

Cons

Everything about this compnay is bad. They advertise their pay as being "above average" but the pay is adjusted for inflation and they refuse to give raises even if you have worked here for a long time.

Management is not good at all. Do not let things slide. At the slightest handbook violation please go to HR and report it. Higher ups only do what's best for their personal interests not yours.
